Payment and dispatch

The following terms and conditions apply:

Dispatch conditions
Domestic delivery only (Germany).
Dispatch costs (inclusive of legally applicable VAT)
We charge a flat shipping fee of 4,9 € per order.

Delivery periods

Unless otherwise specified in the quote, domestic delivery of goods shall be made (Germany) within 3 - 5 days from conclusion of contract (if advance payment agreed from the date of the payment instruction).
Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays and other holidays.
If you have ordered articles with different delivery dates, we send the articles together in one delivery if no other agreement has been made. The delivery date for the complete order will be the same as that of the article with the longest delivery time.

If there is anything wrong with our products or you are unhappy with them, please contact us before returning them. We understand that ordering online can sometimes lead to expectations differing from what we offer and we would like to accommodate you. However, we are forced to remove the rainforest protection for returned orders.

Up until when can you return the goods?
Once you have received the goods, you can return them (unopened) within 14 days to receive a credit.

What will be refunded?
For hygienic reasons, we can unfortunately only take back plates that are in their intact packaging (foil). If the packaging of the plates has been opened, please do not send back these plates, as we cannot refund them. We will then refund a percentage partial credit accordingly.

How can you send the return?
